Walk and Talk Therapy
Many of us feel disconnected from nature, our waking hours spent indoors at work and at home.
Walk and Talk Therapy is a unique approach to counseling, combining talk therapy with movement and the outdoors. We walk together in nature, at a local park or natural area, rather than meeting in an office or online.
